Self-care is the greatest care we can give, yet it is something most of us have not learned to incorporate into our lives. Once you get the hang of it, you will learn that it is a necessity. It can help to think of it as taking yourself on a date.

She began with her focus on botany at the Univerity of North Carolina – Ashville and has since become an Ayurvedic Practitioner (NAMA) and Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild. Amy runs a wellness consultation practice, www.lasyawellness.com, helping people reclaim their power with health and vitality. She is also the director and teacher at The Northern California School of Botanical Studies.
