What are my options for attending IDS 2025?
IDS 2025 will be available in person only.
As we continue to enhance the quality and value of our events, we plan to introduce more interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and live demonstrations in 2025.
These new elements are designed to provide deeper engagement, real-time collaboration, and more meaningful networking opportunities, which cannot be fully replicated in a virtual format.
All registered attendees will continue to receive the lectures’ recordings within 3 weeks of the conference conclusion and can still claim CE/CME for participating in the enduring materials.
Will I receive communication about the event after I have registered?
Yes! If you have not received a confirmation email or additional communication regarding IDS 2024 – 2025, please check your spam folder and mark info@learnskin.com as a safe sender.

How can I get CME credits for the conference?
You can complete the evaluation at learnskin.com and claim CME credits. If you don’t have an account, you can register for free. What happens if I cannot make it to a lecture at the scheduled time?
We encourage all attendees to join us for each lecture at their scheduled time to participate in the lecture-discussion and live Q&A. The recordings will be available on LearnSkin following IDS for you to access, at your convenience, for up to one year as part of your registration (no additional cost).
Where can I watch the IDS recordings?
Recordings and handouts will be available to all registrants on learnskin.com beginning on October 18, 2024. A free LearnSkin account is required to access the content. Please refer here for instructions. – https://integrativedermatologysymposium.com/event-recordings-and-handouts/
I won’t be able to attend the event live. Can I still claim credits?
Yes! Registered attendees will receive access to the session recordings to watch, take the post-assessment quiz, and claim CE / CME credits within one year following the event’s conclusion. – https://integrativedermatologysymposium.com/event-recordings-and-handouts/
I attended IDS and already have a learnskin.com account, but I am not able to open the evaluation
We use IDS registration emails to provide access to IDS content. If your LearnSkin account email is different from the IDS registration email, please reach out to info@learnskin.com to get access to the event course and complete the evaluation.
I would like to speak at the Integrative Dermatology Symposium (IDS). How do I apply?
Do you have a topic that you are passionate about sharing with the integrative dermatology community?
We will begin accepting speaker applications for IDS 2026 in Summer 2025. If you are interested in presenting at the symposium. Stay tuned for updates on submission guidelines and deadlines.
I am interested in presenting my research. How do I apply to present a poster?
The 2025 Call for Research will open in January 2025.
Please submit your research abstract by June 18, 2025.
Do you have any programs or opportunities available for residents?
The Integrative Dermatology Resident Ambassador Program is an excellent opportunity for U.S. Dermatology residents with a passion for research and writing. The program includes complimentary LearnSkin Premium Membership and registration to the Integrative Dermatology Symposium.

Are there discounted rooms available at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa for IDS 2025?
Yes! Rooms are available at a discounted rate of $155 (+tax) per night. Discounted rooms are available through July 21, 2025, or until sold out, whichever comes first.

I have dietary restrictions. Can this be accommodated for the meals offered at IDS?
Each meal offered throughout IDS will include a gluten-free and a vegan option. The buffet is also labeled, and the hotel will make its best effort to include nuts and dressings on the side when possible.
