She is a Board Certified Holistic Health Provider and a Human Factors Engineer and Engineering Psychologist that has helped in the invention of compute and life changing innovations. She has been practicing as a Psychologist and Holistic Health Practitioner in wellness, mental health, and nutrition.
She leads innovation research as a Research and Social Scientist at the world’s largest technology company for more than 20 years with a focus to improve quality of lives. Her passion brings about human factors engineering, social sciences, life sciences, users and patient requirements in innovation and technology, resulting in the improvement of quality of lives.
Dr. Arlene is a published author, researcher, international and national speaker and educator. She speaks at the world’s largest esthetic and cosmetics conference.
She is also the current state director and producer of Miss Colorado Earth, Miss Oregon Earth, and Miss Washington Earth. The world’s top 2 pageant and leading in environmentalism and global preservation. She has coached and mentored delegates on competitive edge, mindset, and volunteerism.
Dr. Strugar is a Board-Certified Clinical and Holistic Health Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, Licensed Holistic Esthetician, Holistic Nutrition Coach, Certified Fitness Trainer, and a Certified Wellness Coach.
Dr. Strugar is the co-founder and CEO of the non-profit, Naturelle Well Earth International Foundation that advocates for mental health, positivity, mentorship, wellness and pro-aging.

She is the Founder and Global Consultant at Pure Holistic Spa and the Global Educational and Training Director of PureTrim Mediterranean Health System.
