Dr. Hari Behl is a Scientific Consultant with Cross functional Leadership in businesses from R&D on herbal, natural products for personal care, health and wellness, quality control (ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant ISO standards, cGMP) of processes and products, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Sustainable development protocols, IPR, and Innovations for Product Development (including development of prototypes).
Dr. Behl opted for being a translational bridge between scientific knowledge and industrial application with a foundation of rich experience in scientific research at the Indian Council for Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR). This challenging task of interfacing between scientific innovations and industrial processes was made easy by working for the International and US-based Wellness Industry for more than a decade.
Dr. Behl is consulting for Biotech, Nutraceuticals, Healthcare, and the Natural & Herbal industry for developing products, processes, and protocols. Recent consulting involved the translation of biotechnological activities of the sector to cGMP complaints and a quality control path by way of developing ISO 9000:2015, ISO 17025, and cGMP protocols; developing SOPs and sustainability protocols for industry processing herbs, competitive prototypes for industry, and herbal and natural personal care products as some of the interesting activities. His next challenge is to develop all-natural (no-synthetic ingredients) dietary-mineral-vitamin supplements.
Dr. Behl’s experience writing and owning international patents helped him assist the industry in generating IPR and adding it as an asset to their portfolio.
